How to choose a house cleaner in Auckland

  1. Ask the hourly rate and how many hours they expect your home to take, or ask for a fixed price.
  2. Ask whether they bring their own products and equipment.
  3. Check whether the price includes GST, and whether they are insured for breakages.
  4. For a bond clean, ask what checklist they work to and whether they will return if the landlord raises issues.
  5. Agree what is included in each visit in writing, so nothing gets missed.
