  1. Ask the price for your dog's size and coat, and what is included in each package.
  2. Ask whether matting, difficult behaviour or flea baths cost extra.
  3. Ask how long your dog will be there and whether they are crated while waiting.
  4. For a puppy, ask about a short introductory groom.
  5. Ask what happens if they find a skin problem, lump or injury.
